Eveline Oehlich, Principal Analyst, Forrester Research
Eveline Oehrlich is a principal analyst at Forrester Research, serving Infrastructure & Operations professionals. With more than 20 years of experience working with IT organizations in the definition and development of IT service delivery processes, her current research focuses on the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), the implementation of IT service management from a holistic or partial perspective, business service management (BSM), and many other aspects of IT operations. Eveline came to Forrester from Hewlett-Packard, where she served as director of competitive intelligence and value delivery chain program manager in the HP OpenView organization. She has a master’s degree in computer information systems from Colorado State University.

itSMF USA South Florida LIG donates 250 duffle bags to Covenant House! Each year, Covenant House reaches hundreds of kids in Fort Lauderdale and Orlando via street outreach, crisis shelters, transitional housing projects, and aftercare, making Covenant House Florida one of the largest private agencies serving runaway and homeless youth in the state of Florida. On behalf of the itSMF South Florida LIG Board, "we are thrilled that our group was able to participate and help such a wonderful cause".
